Love the beans from Beanz—always roasted within days of landing at my door. The rotating single-origin selection keeps my espresso game exciting. Only gripe: once got a torn bag that leaked precious grounds over the box. Replacement arrived fast with a handwritten note, but still cost me a morning. For the flavour and convenience, I’m clicking ‘checkout’ again anyway.

Decent coffee, nice variety. Delivery is always quick and bags smell fresh. Once I got a wrong roast though, and it took a few follow-up emails to sort a replacement—bit of a faff. Still go back when they’ve an offer on, but wouldn’t call it perfect.

I regularly buy beans from Beanz, love the choice and convenience. Always fast delivery and always freshly roasted. Had a small problem with one delivery (missing a bag of beans) so contacted the team who resolved it quickly and were really helpful. Top marks!
