To honor any promotion, we do require a completed registration: (1) your full shipping address, (2) a contact phone number, and (3) proof of purchase. We’ll email you shortly with a secure form to collect these details and finalize your registration. Until we receive all three, we’re not able to send any items, including the complimentary coffee.

No one, and I mean absolutely no one, reached out to me after submitting an online claim after receiving the wrong number of bags (not once but twice). I had to find a number for beanz (which was already a headache) and call multiple times to get it fixed. Their online system is a joke. We paid for three bags two months in a row and only received two bags two months in a row.
