I was happy with the service up until my most recent order. I pay £18/mo for a 2 bag subscription and was sent coffee which can be bought from their own website at a cheaper price than I was charged as a subscriber. Subscribers should be better off, not worse off.

Beans canceled my subscription and it was very difficult to reinstate my subscription again that had 12 bags of beans left. I had to contact support multiple times to get the reminder of my subscription

A relatively simple issue - my coffee subscription didn’t arrive - took far too long to resolve . Never really felt valued and all responses felt shallow and impersonal Time between responses was far too long and the onus seemed to be on me nudging the process to get an update Not impressed
