I accidentally ordered a product twice. I sent an email, got a very quick response. Second order was cancelled and refunded to my credit card. Fantastic customer service!

Missing item, I ordered 3 different packages from them however one of them was missing. I tried through the tik tok shop, got no help but came through their website and immediately was helped. It was very quick and easy!!! I also want to thank the beachwaver team as I never thought I would able to afford one but with their great sales I was able to receive a lot of them. They are also a self funded company and I know that's tough. So the kindness these 3 sisters have is amazing.. Then there packing shows 😳... They are unbelievable and you get a lot of free goodies in there. Beachwaver is a amazing company

Ordered this on the 9th of November, had no email of confirmation, no update on shipping. After contacting them I had no response, then today just had a message to say refunded with no explanation.

I bought the curler and want to return do to it not working as I thought it would, have reached out to them via customer service 72 hours ago with no response, made a comment on facebook and they responsed by advising me to reach out to customer service which I did and still nothing, might need to go to there offices in Sydney CBD to get help. Should have come here first to look at review, would not of purchased if I did.

i got a beachwaver about 10 months ago and reached out to customer service because it stopped working. they replaced my beachwaver no questions asked. they were quick with responses, and very kind. i recommend this brand to everyone :)

Excellent customer service! They quickly replaced the beachwaver I didn’t receive when first ordered. ☺️
