Jessica was amazing customer service top-notch I explained my problem. She was so accommodating to me and understanding and now I will be getting a total refund. I have to say the girl that I talk to you a couple of days ago was not that way at all and I was very upset with the company but thanks to Jessica taking the time to listen to me. I am getting my money back for a product that I just can’t use so with that being said, thank you again Jessica for your outstanding customer service

Beachwaver support was awesome. They canceled my order because I needed an S1 instead of a B1 curling iron. I sent them my new order number and they credited me with the 20% discount, as I had already used my 20% off code. I can't wait to use my new curling irons! I purchased the S1 and the S1.5.

I purchased the beachweaver 2-3 months previously and not used it often but liked how it worked. The spring and clasp came out of the holes and didn't hold my hair in order for it to curl. I called to inquire about a replacement and honestly didn't think my request would be honored because of how much time had passed. I offered to send pics to show the iron had not been used often. I was pleasantly surprised that pics were not needed and that I would get a replacement once mine was returned. Thanks to Clara for her wonderful assistance. Much appreciated!
