I love my new custom bike. It is beautiful. I purchased a beautiful bike bell for my husband's bike and my reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because this bell was a Christmas present. Someone decided to write, by hand, the contents of the envelope containing the bike bell. I didn't see the purpose of this hand written note. Unfortunately, my husband picked up the mail that day. It's not the end of the world, but it did spoil the surprise. Anyway, I DO love my new bike. Thanks.

Most excellent experience with Beach Bikes. Bought the bike from Oregon; had it drop shipped to Colorado for a birthday gift....and it was AWESOME. GREAT value, great customer service....and by all reports, a great bike for the money. I’d recommend Beach Bikes!

Great Bikes, no problems with delivery.

I'm a woman in my late 60s I've had knee surgery and I needed a bike that I didn't have to throw my leg over the seat so I bought a bike online when I received it I open the box and knew it was not what I wanted so I call Beach Bike and I explain this to the customer service person and she knew exactly what bike would be perfect for me She gave me directions how to return ( put back in box and Fed Ex will pick it up from my house) and she sent the bike she suggested and I have been riding my bike every day with no problems. Perfect company, customer service and stylish bikes.

Directions were not fully printed. The fenders are cheap and don’t sit right on the bike. The lack of clarity with the directions really was annoying. Finally our bike came with a huge dent on it! I would not recommend this company. Cost was too much for quality of bike

So impressed with my recent purchase. Bike arrived in perfect condition and was fairly simple to finish installing. Have had so much fun riding it around town. My wife was jealous so I’ll be ordering her a Firmstrong of her own from beachbikes soon.
