Bought a bike for my wife for Christmas and was impressed by how well it was packed and the quality of the cruiser. During assembly, I noticed the fenders were dented. I emailed pictures, was contacted back that new ones were on the way. Great product and customer service!

Would have given five stars but the front rim on my bike was bent. My fault for not contacting Beach bike when I found issue after assembly. Should be a easy fix. Thanks for the beautiful bike. I love it. Easy to purchase and shipped on time as promised.

Customer service was awesome. However the high shipping cost even to send training wheels was crazy. Makes sense for a huge bike to be sent but $35 shipping for a small item was unheard of!
