Tried ordering online a slightly used product and couldn’t. Had to go thru 800#, then 3 days after paying for it received an email saying it wasn’t available!

Customer service seems to be great but bike is lacking. * bike had scratches on it from shipping although it seemed to be packed very well ***** shifts smoothly through all 7 speeds * crusier seat is terribly uncomfortable Overall rating is ok. Would not purchase another firm strong bike again. Bike is comparable to a cruiser that you could buy at walmart.

The bikes are gorgeous and well made. The seats are very hard and will probably switch it out. I have always wanted Nakto womens 26' E-bike and on the site it says sold out. Rep did not know when they were coming back in ( chat online). It is very tideous to get someone online chat and you have to wait days for a reply. Once you get a reply than it is very respectful and courteous. Once you buy a bike you will get a personal email from the owner dusty and he will ask you to reply back with any questions and well when I did I asked about the E-bike and that I ended up going with a Evryjourney bike but my heart has always been set on the e-bike. So my reply was from a Alejandro and not the owner dusty which makes me think its a robo blanket email that is sent out to everyone once you buy a bike. The other rep did say I can return no matter what and will have to pay the difference for the other bike. So we will see what happens. So far its been an ok experience. The bike is very pretty and you can tell very well made

The bike was easy to order and was shipped and delivered quickly, however the design of the bike is flawed. The body is very short. I calculated for a man who is 6'2", the bike peddles are too close to the tire. When the tires are turned his feet hit the tires. Poor design and i am looking into getting a refund and returning the bike.

While appeared to be quality product when purchased, bike is average at best. Save the premium.

This easily would have been a 5 star review save for the continued promise to send me replacement handgrips as a replacement for the ones that were damaged in shipping when I received my bike. I contacted Beachbikes 3 times about the grips being damaged and even sent pictures of where the finish on the grips was worn down to the plastic. Each time I was told that replacements would be sent. Each time I waited and waited and nothing. I would call again, customer service would find the note in my file and promised to send out replacements. Again nothing. I was considering buying my wife a bike for the beach for Christmas as her $99 special is much worse for the wear. I replaced the chain and that will get another season out of it if I have to research other bikes to purchase. I am thrilled about my Men's Urban Deluxe Cruiser but not the condition of the handgrips. Were I able to attach a picture of them (both damaged) I would. When I buy a new bike I expect it to be undamaged, cosmetic or otherwise. When I received the bike I noted that the box had been opened and the padding around the handgrips had been removed/repositioned. Fearing that this may have been someone else's return I called Beachbikes and was told that the boxes are sometimes opened and resealed but it should be new. There was a review that mentioned the fender noise. If you hear the noise stop the bike and check the fender bolts. I had three come off on their own. The one holding the front of the rear fender to the frame had come off allowing the fender to rub against the rear tire and shredding the edge of the tire. I noticed all the rubber debris on the swingarm. I replaced all the nuts with elastic stop nuts. Note: There aren't any lock washers on these bolts. Riding the bike (when I'm not chasing down replacement nuts and bolts) is a dream for my bad back and fake knee. I was able to dial in the adjustments on the seat and handlebars to get them positioned just right. I was worried about the one speed with no gearing. No fear for me. On basically flat roads I am able to crank it out from stop to a pretty good pace without even feeling the need for another gear. They got the gearing of the one speed just right. The coaster brake takes a bit getting used to again after about 50 years but its just like riding a, well, you know. The bike has gotten a lot of positive comments from people as the black frame with red rims and white wall tires is a head turner. If only it didn't have those damn scuffed up hand grips...

I’m delighted with my beautiful bike but your assembly instructions could use some fortification. The brake levers were purposefully (?) twisted with no mention of how to correct their positioning and we have still not gotten the brake pads correctly adjusted to the tires.

I was so excited about this bike. What a neat idea to customize a beach bike. Unfortunately, the bike showed up with the decals still on. I had paid for them to be taken off. While it looks nice it doesn't look as great as the picture. I thought the walls of the tire were going to be more yellow. That one is one me. However, I was still super excited to ride it. Then right after the tire was blown up it popped. I had to wait even longer. This has never happened to me before and I have blown up lots of tires. Not sure if it was defective. The front tire was warped as well. Super bummed. Great idea beach bikes but maybe we just need to get more help to ensure that the order comes as requested. The packaging was a mess like it had been opened. It makes me feel like they sent me one right away that was returned without taking the decals off. Still a fun ride.
