Shipping was timely. Bike was high quality and easily assembled.

I ordered a bike online after going to the warehouse to try and purchase a bike still in the box so i could transport it home. I am told that if i want a bike in a box i have to order it online and that they do not have that bike in stock at that moment. So I go home and order it online to be delivered to my work address well in advance of christmas with a guarantee it would be to me well ahead of time. Fast forward 5 days before christmas and i get a tracking number. 3 days before christmas nothing on the tracking number. I call them and I am told it will be there xmas eve. No problem it is in the warehouse they have a shipping label. Fast Forward Christmas eve. NO BIKE i call again and I am told Oh sorry the bike is on back order but you can choose another and we can ship it out to you in 10 days. GO SUCK IT. this was my husbands big xmas gift he had been asking for so he could go riding with our daughter. Don't do it. Don't do it. Nice bikes on the site just don't expect to get one from them. NIGHTMARE on Xmas eve no less

it is really hard finding an organization that has top notch customer service . Beachbikes is one of those businesses

One of the best experiences in my life. At first I was really reluctant purchasing anything this big online. I called them and mentioned my worry and they put my worries to rest. We purchased 2 bikes for primary use for riding on the beach in South Carolina outside Charleston. One bike arrived with damage to the rear wheel necessitating a trip to a local bicycle shop to replace the wheel and tire. Beach bikes did reimburse us for the cost of the replacement and repair. It was a very positive experience dealing with customer service in having the bike repaired. Both bikes have been solid and reliable on our beach travels since. I highly recommend beach bikes and would order from them again.

Bike is gorgeous and exactly as I ordered it. The 4 star rating is for the process of delivering it. Was promised it on a date and then I was told it was back ordered for another month which took me out of season because i had planned to bring it to my beach house. A lot of back and forth with customer service - I value my time so this was annoying. I was compensated a bike bell?!? Really? I don't even want to put a bell on my cruiser.
