The bike isn’t that comfortable. I find myself lifting my shoulders causing tension in my back arms. Tried repositioning handle bars and seat . Just can’t get comfortable.

Such a comfortable bike! I'm not bent over and I can just enjoy the ride. : )

took a over a month to receive the bike and when it arrived it wasn't even the bike i ordered. Customer service was average at best with minimal remorse for the mistake they had made.

The customer service was impeccable. I feel bad, I don’t recall the young ladie’s name, but she was amazing. She even called me to make sure of my order and recommended better accessories for the bike that I ordered. Delivery was as promised, and a follow up call was a very nice surprise. They offer unique accessories and the bike is high quality and looks so cool with the basket and coconut shell drink holder!!! I highly recommend this company.
