For a beach environment this bike is great. The three gears make it even better. Have had the bike in a beach environment for a year and a half and only because I did not take any preventive measures it’s beginning to show rust but no problem with gears.

The service pre and post order was outstanding. Thanks to many departments for getting me through the entire cycle.

Great service. Great bike.

I purchased 2 (the 1st was stolen) Urban Man cruisers over the past few years. The 1st was fine, but the 2nd was non stop breaking rear spokes. i reached out and they sent out replacement spokes on 3 occasions, then finally send a replacement wheel. Unfortunately, the problem persisted and after spending $30+ a month (4 consecutive months) having my local bike shop replace the spokes I finally just sold it. I'm not sure if the geometry is poor or what but I there is no way that a cruiser being slow ridden around Houston should break spokes.

Fantastic company was a pleasure doing business with them!!! The bike and accessories are A+

Absolutely one of the easiest, fun and best purchases I have ever made, PERIOD! Quality product, unbelievably easy ordering and terrific support!!!

Really love riding my bike. Looks pretty. Great customer service.

Waited six or so weeks for my bike. Didn't hear anything. Finally contacted the company to ask what was going on. They said my bike was back ordered and wouldn't be available for several months. So I cancelled the order. Now I get an email thanking me for my purchase. Lol, how messed up this company is!
