Great customer service and fast with shipping! Ordered Monday morning and received shipping conformation that it would be at my house Tuesday. Thanks

I love my Firmstrong Urban Man 7 speed beach cruiser. I get compliments on my bike everywhere I go.

Well I truly understand that sometimes things are over looked well there was a part of my bike that was not put on so in turn I had to take it to the shop I know y’all said you’d Reimburse me for whatever it was gonna take to fix it but I really feel that the bike should have been checked before it was sent all though it wasn’t expensive it was just the point that it had to be fixed before I could even ride it but it’s all fixed now and I love it very much

Great experience!!! Service was wonderful! Great price on a beautiful bike!

Love the bike. Did a lot of research on this type of bike and selected this one. Bike came packaged well and very easily assembled. Wanted a simple 3 speed beach cruiser with coaster brakes, and this one fit the bill. Have used it one full summer and am very happy. Told friends looking for one to try this one!

Great bikes, solid customer service experience when I had an issue.

Very nice bike. No issues so far.

Simple easy to use.
