LOVE my beach bike!!!!

I was really excited because this seemed like a very unique, homegrown company. Unfortunately, the customer service has been awful. I requested that the bike I ordered be assembled and shipped to my house and paid an extra $130 for this. I could not find a date of delivery anywhere in the order when I placed it. I contacted the company the next day, and they gave me a very general idea that it would be available the following week. They gave me the name of the local bike shop that would be assembling it. When I contacted the bike shop, they hadn't even received the order. It went from bad to worse. The bike showed up at my house unassembled in a box. When I contacted the company, the customer service representative asked me if I'd be comfortable assembling it myself. I told her no, that's why I was paying extra! She then asked if the bike shop could assemble it at my house. Although that is an inconvenience to me, I agreed. She said she would call me back. That was over 7 hours ago and I haven't heard a peep. Very frustrating because this bike was for my daughter's birthday gift and it is now late.

The whole experience was great. We bought the bike and a basket for the handlebars, and they threw in a coozie that we promptly attached to the handlebars. Also, my wife did an after purchase survey and we received a bell for her new cruiser. Thank you so much. This place is great for any beach cruiser need you may have.

My wife and I were in the market for new bikes and since we live along the coast of Florida, we decided on Beach Bikes. I went online and googled Beach Bikes and the Beach Bikes website popped up first. The Urban man/woman bikes we chose were exactly what we had in mind. The buying experience was flawless and customer service kept us informed along the way from receiving my order to shipping. These bikes were packaged very well and assembly was a breeze.

Just got it and so far I have been happy with this purchase!

Received my bike quick and it wasn't hard at all to assemble. Its not easy to find a 24" boys beach cruiser with the right handlebars, but Beachbikes had exactly what I was looking for, twice!!

I bought the bike for my grown daughter for Christmas. She attached a baby seat on the bike and now enjoys riding with her daughter. They both love the outdoors! Beacbikes was a great local company to work with.

Love my Beachbikes. So much so that I bought a second one for when I'm up North and another one for my sister who just retired. Not only is the quality of the bike excellent and built well but the company's customer service is fantastic. I've only had to call a couple of times for minor questions but they were more than happy to help. Great bike and great customer service. They have a customer for life with me.
