Do not spend your money on Beach Bikes products! The bike I’ve bought got rusty in no time, although it is kept in a covered area. I’ve contacted the store and was surprised to learn from the rude attendant that they do not replace rusty parts...! I’m going to use all my contacts and all media sites to inform unaware customer of this company unbelievable policy! Outrageous!!

I love my bike. It rides well, changes gears good and is stylish, however, the seat cannot be adjust to wear you don't slide off it. I plan to buy another seat for it.

Feels like you are riding on air. Such a easy comfortable ride. Would recommend to everyone! My only complaint was the trouble I had finding a toddler bike seat to attach.

It's been some years since I purchased my bike from Beach Bikes so I'm a little fuzzy on some details but I do remember the website being clear in describing the different bikes on offer, the videos, etc., all made for a pleasant and easy buying experience. The bike I chose came quickly, was well packaged and easy to assemble. There were videos online to watch if there were questions but since I'd worked for a bike shop in past life, really didn't need the assistance they provided. My bike is well made, has a nice paint job and good tires. It is a basic though stylish bike with no gears or brakes other than leg power. Just a straightforward machine which I wanted and like very much. It was a good price for the value and I'd recommend buying from the company without hesitation.

I love my Firmstrong. I have the long low one and I live in a bike town, Key West, FL. Almost every time I ride it which is practically every day, someone shouts out cool bike! Also I have customized it with a lot of blue led’s for night riding. It looks great all lit up.

I absolutely LOVE my Beachbike. It arrived from BeachBikes without any issues, after being shipped to me in WA. state. While instructions were clear and simple enough to be put together by me(someone with no experience putting a bike together) i still had my husband (with experience) assist me so I did it correctly. While there are hills around, there are plenty of flat areas in and around my neighborhood to ride. Now I just have to figure out a way to take it to the waterfront in my Mustang, not the truck! Beachbikes/Mustangs...most fun form of transportation and well earned after 34 years as a nurse;) The company responded the same day I had a question, as well!!
