Very satisfied with my bike and Beach Bike's customer service.

I luv it. Great bike

I was initially pleased receiving the bike, but had ordered a bike lock that never arrived and for which my credit card was charged. I called and was told it was ordered and would be coming without any commitment on when the lock would be delivered. After a month following receipt of the bike I still hadn't received it, felt I was getting the run around, asked that the lock order be cancelled and my credit card be credited. The person than offered to send the lock for free as an apology, but the lock never arrived.

Customer service excellence has always been and will always be one of the critical competitive advantages for any business. Beachbikes embodies the heart of Customer Service excellence, and demonstrates the very definition of "Going the Extra Mile", and not for the sale, but for the customer. With the few interactions we've had so far the Beachbikes staff has shown me they definitely deserve my future business (without question) - and furthermore earned my lifetime-loyalty not just as a "new" customer; but as "family".

We bought two bikes! We had them delivered to our house in Florida, meeting us there on our vacation. The timing got messed up but everyone was great and it all worked out just fine!! Ordering process was nice and easy. Our customer service person, I can't remember her name, treated me like I was the only customer that mattered! We love our bikes and look forward to our vacation in Florida so we can ride them daily!! Thank you!

The Ordering was Awesome and simple. The online process was wonderful. Email correspondence was great they get back to you in a reasonable time. Pick up was slightly difficult, it was confusing getting to the warehouse. The person who loaded my bike did not ask if I need to make adjustments to the seat or handle bars. I also wanted to purchase a rear bike rack but because the person was stand offish, I did not ask.
