First off, the product is awesome. I bought the Chief 3.0 and after using it every day for 3 weeks, I still love it. Twice I have had questions about the bike and both responses were same day. They are one of those rapidly disappearing companies that still believes in quality and customer service.

The bike is great! Unfortunately the customer service experience was not. I custom ordered my bike online and prepaid. When I picked it up, they said they sold my bike to someone else and that I was now taking home a display bike that had been used for test riding. I was expecting a brand new bike since I paid the extra money to customize it.

I really don't like the bike. It's not a comfortable ride. I think it's too small for me.

Quick delivery and a really well built bike. Service is excellent too

Easy to shop on line, and order. Bike arrived well packaged and easy to put together. Good experience.

Didn’t have the all the parts to put bike together. Contacted customer service and was offered a free excessory instead of the part I needed. Disappointed

Never return phone call. Customer service does not something they provide. Any problem will be hard to resolve. But, Very cool to have a custom bike supplied that's simple to put together. Beach cruisers only.

I love my bike! I searched online for weeks, reading review after review on the best women’s beach cruiser. Nothing compared to this bike to I pulled the trigger and bought it. It shipped quickly and in great condition. My husband and I put it together in less then 20 minutes and it’s a gorgeous ride! Super comfortable, smooth and definitely a head turner!!! Love love love it!!
