I just started to use Bcengi esim because I like the 8dea of PAYG . Unfortunately after day of use in Greece the data stop working. Bcengi customer support that I asked to assist responded in seconds , detected and solved the problem (wrong apn settings) in very professional and fast way. Good job Bcengi. Special thx to Asya

Just returned from 5 weeks and 5 countries. I was skeptical about the claims of the E sim and my phone wasn't e sim compatable but was running with an adapter. HOWEVER, it was amazing, transiting countries was seamless and I spent under $10. Had a small problem but the support was excellent and was resolved very quickly. Couldn't recommend any higher

Got myself in a spot of bother, no worries Customer Support Team to the rescue. As usual it was basically my error but they sorted me out in no time. Landed in Taiwan, toggled off my Australian mobile number, toggled on my eSIM and all set to go. No problems whatsoever for the last week or so. Even got an email from Misha from Customer Support saying any further problems don’t hesitate to get in touch. Haven’t need to. Big shout out to the Company and Customer Support, top class.

Absolutely horrible experience. Bought sim for my husband and myself. When we got to destination my sim wouldn't connect. Customer service was via a bot and then email contact took forever. My husband's sim did connect but when we were driving and using Google maps connectivity was lost and so were we. Once again communication with customer support was very very poor. Great concept but waste of money and very stressful experience

Unfortunately, there was a widespread outage affecting mobile operators across the entire region, which also impacted many providers using the same underlying networks. I landed in China and found that my Samsung S24 did not automatically connect to a local network however with the very professional assistance of the Bcengi help team I was given easy to follow instructions on how to reconfigure some of my esim connections leading to a successful Chinese Telecom connection.
