I don't travel out of the USA generally. It's been 14 years since I've been to Europe. I spent 2 weeks researching eSims and decided to go with Bcengi, (I'm glad I did)... I purchased an eSim and the process was really straightforward. Got my QR Code instantly and when I tried to install it on my iPhone, I discovered that My phone is LOCKED and would not accept it. (AT&T) I contacted Bcengi customer service and told them the details. While, they did encourage me to keep my eSim for Future use, I explained that I did not have a compatible device. They deactivated my new eSim and refunded my purchase immediately. Fantastic customer service! I'll be going with them in the future if I travel again and have an unlocked device

First time trying to instal an eSIM and floundered around until I hit Support on the Bcengi website and was hand-held throughout the process. Oustanding service!

I'm a new customer but i already got to experience great customer service and really reliable data service. For now I truly recommend their WorkPass solution that allowed me to group all my devices with a single pocket of credit for travel.

I needed to move the esim as my previous phone died - The team were great guiding me through the process online. Really simple smooth process I did it by chat and when the chat ended prematurely (my end not theirs) they followed up by email to ensure everything was okay - can't praise them enough

So far so good ! double checking it was ready to go when I did travel - bot Micheal & Clarice directed me to one more activation I needed to do. Good having the conversation emailed back as well to reference if needed.. Looking forward to testing it out soon.. :-)

I have 3 BCengi global pay-as-you-go eSIM on iPad Pro, iPhone, and Fold7. All work perfectly and billing with balance limit set to one per day works seamlessly. This review is specifically about agent Clarice who just helped me fix problem on iPhone that I caused myself. Her service was perfect, fixed me tight up. Really amazing was I wax talking to the bot which decided I needed human agent. The switchover was nearly instant and I’m in the Philippines. Most chat bots leave you hanging and I’ve had this happen earlier trying to use other eSIM company. This incident really proved BCengi support is top-notch. I couldn’t be more pleased. I’d highly recommend BCengi. Great eSIM solution, excellent web dashboard interface and superior support!
