Lost my phone and I had installed the Bcengi esim and asked for help to reinstall in my new phone. Immediate reply and also shared the new QR code to install the eSIM for my new phone. Good work by the support team. Well done.

I highly recommend the Bcengi e-sim and app. So far I have used this e-sim in 15 European countries and it has worked really well. The rates for data are reasonable too. I have had two minor connection issues which may have actually been my phone, not the e-sim, but the Bcengi customer service was excellent and sorted the problem quickly. I will soon be traveling through South America soon and customer service had already given me some trouble shooting advice in advance. Excellent!

Had an issue with loosing the service in tokyo, i email customer care, reply was almost instant and the matter was resolved within 10 minutes

Support was very quick to help, knew exactly what they where doing and provided the correct info for me to move my eSim from one phone to another. With the info provided it took me a total of 3 minutes to move the sim.
