The prices are different from the advertisement and are several times higher.

All of our prices are posted online. We never advertise prices anywhere else. There is no 2 prices anywhere for the same country, to indicate that something can be higher or lower. This does not apply to us - could be a mistakenly posted in a wrong company's profile.

I suscribed to Bcengi before a trio to Malta. It did not work. I contacted their (very heloful) customer service and they spent a lot of time instructing me to alter the settings on my phone. None of their suggestions was effective. The best I got was a couple of minutes connection and then nothing.
