I bought a Bcengi eSIM while traveling in Spain (as suggested by my travel companions), but after a smooth start, it suddenly stopped working. Despite some initial troubleshooting and the inconvenience of being without data, the support from Aliaksandra was exceptional—she was helpful, friendly, and positive throughout the entire process. Although I briefly tried another bcengi eSIM (from desperation), failed again, and received a quick refund, I’m so glad I followed the suggestion to rectify my original connection. It worked perfectly for the rest of my time in Morocco and is still going strong here in Malaysia. I also truly appreciate the great follow-up from Asya!

I've had problems connecting in various countries but the support I have received has been immediate and superb. The chatbot quickly passed me on to humans and they were super diligent and helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the glitch my phone had connecting with a new network provider in each country. 'Well done' and 'thank you' to Albi and Aliaksandra.

Customer support was very good with a difficult installation. Thanks to Dmitry and Alaiksandra for sticking with it and following up as well.

Took some time to install as the qr code did but work but help via email was swift and accurate by Aliaksandra and Asya.. So thanks to them we got it working. I tried it just to ensure it worked and will now use it next time I'm abroad. Thanks again

I had initial problem installing my eSim as im not very digital savvy. Got in touch with Bcengi Support team and i was assisted by Aliaksandra who took over from the AI bot… and im so grateful to her for her effort and patience in helping me sort out my eSim installation. She was such a hreat help and i wish all Support personnel are like her.. thank you Aliaksandra, im all set and ready to go !! Oh, one thing i wish that i could safe the chat interaction for reference.. may be in future.
