BcengiReviews of bcengi.com

I take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate Misha, Leisel and Kent from Bcengi support for their responsiveness and promptly providing relevant details to address any doubts and clarifications. More important want to highlight the follow-up from Misha and appreciate all the inputs and guidance she and her team mates provided promptly. I must also recognise the knowledge that they all have and the clarity with which they reply. Keep up the good work and wish you many more customers and your business to grow!

What an blessing to have found this international eSIM so easy to use. At first I needed some customer service help setting it up, they were wonderful even following me up via email to say my eSIM wasn't yet activated. But once it got going it was fantastic. I could choose the amount I wanted and was surprised at how little it cost me. I travel overseas very winter from Australia into Asia where it's warmer so I need a reliable and easy to use eSIM. I've used others in the past which are so expensive as they expire after 30 days and some are only for one country. This eSIM can be used throughout Asia and I think nearly world wide. I even used it in Aust just to try it out before leaving and to make sure it was setup properly. I've been in Thailand for two months and haven't even use $2.00 worth as I'm mostly using the WiFi where I live. This means when I go to Indonesia I can continue to use the same eSIM and the money rolls over every month till it's all used up. Which is reassuring as I'll still have some to use next year when I come again. Thank you Bcengi, I will certainly be recommending your eSIM to other travelers.

Great customer support from Clarice. Solved the problems efficiently.

Very good customer service, fast response, very good esim I am very satisfied thank you!

Had difficulty accessing Bcengi in Spain even though we had recently used in Asia, Canada and Alaska. Tried everything before contacting Support. Had a few conversations and every team member gave excellent advice. Finally had to drop to a new E-sim (which they did and transferred credit) - excellent help and support - thank you everyone - have recommended to friends who travel abroad

Never used an eSIM so I was a little bit wary. Dead easy to set up and worked absolutely perfectly on a recent trip to Canada with coverage everywhere I went. Had a slight problem on my return getting into my account. This was entirely my fault but was guided through it by Aliaksandra on the customer services team. Responded quickly and was so helpful and patient, particularly with it being my fault. So pleased I chose Bcengi

Agent Clarice was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the transfer to my new device, very very quickly. Super service

This is a great alternative to other Esims for travel. No expiration and no country switching like others where you lose the $$ when you change countries or the time expires. A little tricky to get set up but great customer service!
