I have my reasons for giving Bcengi 5 stars. On my trip in January/February, where I traveled to Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, and also on the airport transfer in Doha, it worked perfectly. Of course, I have compared prices with other companies with e-sim, and Bcengi has a fair price, and it is very flexible that you can use it in many places for the money you have in your account. Otherwise, today I had a problem transferring my e-sim to a new phone. But the support helped me with it right away, and after 5 minutes I had my e-sim from Bcengi on my new phone.

Works very well in Indonesia and when I accidentally deleted my ESIM, support responded within minutes to get me up and running again. Support is excellent from this company and is a strong reason to choose them over all the other providers who offer similar packages.

The Service Rep, Clarisse, was exceedingly helpful. I was installing an esim on a wifi hotspot device for use in travelling. I seemed to have set it up correctly, but it wasn't connecting to the internet. Clarisse suggested I check a few settings (for a device I'm sure she wasn't familiar with); I made the suggested changes and Voila!, connection established.

I have done a fair bit of traveling in the past year. Canada, Dubai, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland and the EU and my Bcengi eSIM had me connected before I got off the plane each time! Simply brilliant and incredibly good value. Install it once, toggle to it in your settings when you land and you are good to go. AND…. If you need support real Bcengi humans are never far away.

I am not confident with technology and was at a loss but Leisel from customer support was excellent she stepped me through installation and activation processes I was very impressed with the level of support she gave me and cant wait to use the card.It is fantastic that I will only pay for the data used and it does not expire I am travelling more in my senior years and only having to set up once is a real bonus.
