This esim is great. It clearly shows charges and doesn't expire. I changed phones and Clarence guided me through the process of replacing the esim in the new phone.

Exceptional customer service. During a recent service outage, I messaged the company to inquire about the problem. They restored service within about two hours, but what particularly impressed me was their follow-up: a representative checked in with me several times over the next few days to confirm that I was back online and had no further issues. I'm really unused to seeing this level of attention and concern from a mobile phone service provider.

I purchased the esim but only realized that it would not work on my present phone so I installed it onmy wife's phone. And when I got to the US I purchased my new phone and had the esim service moved to that phone it took less than 2 minutes to have the phone working with the esim that was so great. Thanks a mil. I have used Bcengi for quite a while now. It is, by far, the best global data eSIM you can purchase. I only pay for what I use. It’s there as soon as I land in whatever country, no more rushing off to buy another SIM. Prices are local costs, none of this hyped up charges like other network providers. Billing is very clear and I can either set a top up threshold or leave manually. Either way the service is there even if you allow to go to zero funds, just manually top up. Customer service is perfection. No quibbles, just “help”. BUY IT, I DID AND NEVER REGRET!

I thaught your product was what I needed to travel in several countries (China, France, Scotland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Morocco). Everything worked perfectly in China and France, got to Scotland and nothing! Used Hotel WIFI to email Bcengi, had an answer within minutes!! and a solution that got me back on line shortly after! Then a backup email to make sure everything was ok! I am impressed!!!! Thank you, 😊 customer!
