Ordered 2 front wheels for a 2014 mustang gt. Then when I get them after 2 weeks find out they are the wrong offset by 5mm simple mistake just need to return and get the correct size well thats going to be about a month and $150 cost for me but they don't care, they get your money and that's when the service stops. I will not be ordering my rear tires from them.

I placed an order for 4 wheels. The first shipment I received had bent wheels. I was sent a replacement through Route because BBWheels takes no responsibility once the wheels are shipped and they collect their money. I just received the replacement wheel so I finally installed all 4 wheels. There happened to be another bent wheel that was not visible to the naked eye. You can definitely tell with the tire mounted. Well trying to get BBWheels to exchange the bad wheel has been a nightmare. They want to blame the bend on being done during the tire mounting. Even though 3 out of the 5 wheels I received have had damage. They say they escalate the issue, but it seems like the same customer service agent is the one who decides whether or not your damaged wheel is replaced. This being after I had to constantly ask for an update to the "escalation". HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered the incorrect offset for my wheels. They were super amazing and called me to tell me I ordered wrong and didn’t want to send me something that wouldn’t work. Who does that now days? Lifelong customer here

The rudest people i every paid money too. Did not send lug nuts with the wheels i order told me to look in the box, really you don't think I looked before call. Said fedex might have taken them, really how about they never got put in the box in the first place.

Really Nice. I have never bought anything like this before online. When I spoke with Brandon he was a really nice man and helped me buy the correct tires for my Honda. thanks

HORRIBLE! I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Ordered four wheels, four hub rings and new lug bolts for a 2016 Audi Q3 Quattro. The hub rings were wrong, the lug bolts were wrong and one of the wheels was defect/bent. This is after I called to confirm vet was right with their “fitment team”. Took an act of god to get the right lug bolts but after two weeks, three different tire shops a total of four times to get all the information BB wheels needed they still won’t send a replacement wheel. Go somewhere else and pay a little more money and get you order. This company is a joke.

Too bad I had to click the number of stars on this. They deserve ZERO stars. Out of a set of 4 rims I got from them, 3 of them were warped and unable to balance. They asked for video proof. I sent it to them from 2 different tire shops, one of them of which they recommended to me and they still are not acknowledging that there is a problem. Every time they say they will get back to me it is always me who has to get back with them. I guess their way of dealing with customer issues is to just pretend like there is none. A very BAD way to do business. They boast about how they are American and family owned but I guess they are just using that slogan to take advantage of people like me who take pride in this country. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! So here we are nearly 2 years after this review and they are just now responding to it. Very efficient. NOT!

I wish I could give negative stars... I just spent thousands of $$$$'s on a new set of Fury M/T's. I got them installed and two out of the four are out of round and they are bouncing my 1 ton diesel truck all over the place. BB Wheels asked me to have my installer take them back off to verify the tires are the issue and he was able to confirm that the tire's are confirmed wayyyy out of round and are 100% the issue. Fury and BB Wheels are only willing to replace one of the two messed up tires because the second tire is not bad enough for replacement? BB Wheels says its within spec and it's Fury's policy and warranty process... Now these tires are $550+ and are brand new tires with no miles on them and they are a liability... They are now asking me to have the tire taken back off yet again and drill the DOT stamp on the side wall and send them a photo of it drilled out. Now I won't have transportation and I am out even more $$ after paying the installer and I won't have transportation to get to work to pay for this mess not only all of that I still dont have the final approval to warranty the one out of the two tires to be replaced until I put a hole in the DOT stamp. I cant believe I am having to pay my installer for all of this additional work and along with that I will have no transportation and they are now telling me I will be responsible for the shipping cost on the replacement tire once it is approved. I cant believed that with how much these tires cost this is the quality and treatment you get? I want everyone to see this wonderful customer service and warranty process and I will be writing reviews until my fingers are bleeding anywhere and everywhere I can to warn as many people as I possibly can.
