Terrible Terrible Terrible don't waste your time or money with this company all they care about is getting your money nothing else. Sneaky sales tactics and bad customer service.

I ordered wheels for my 2017 ford mustang GT. I selected and purchased a wheel from the list of options for my specific vehicle. However, once I went to the tire shop to have them mounted to my vehicle, they did not fit. Even with a 1/4" spacer, they wouldn't clear my stock calipers. I contacted customer service and they said that they would have a "fitment specialist" return my call. No one did. I called back and got a nice young man named Nolan. Even after a few phone calls and and conversations between the rim shop, myself, and Nolan, I never actually spoke with a specialist or manager. Nolan was relaying messages from the specialist and two managers. They all kept pushing for me to put 1/2" spacers on my front wheels with extended lug nuts. This would cause extensive damage to my vehicle in the long run and cause aggressive vibration going over 50 mph. I mentioned that on a few occasions throughout our conversations and they agreed. However, that did not make then stop pushing to mail them to the rim shop. I did not like that my safety and well being of my vehicle was of zero concern. The offset in the wheel wouldn't fit my vehicle regardless of what size I purchased. BB wheels informed me of that when I inquired about a larger size. Needless to say, they were not willing to work with me for a solution other than 1/2" spacers on the front wheels of my 5.0 mustang. I will take responsibility for not making sure that the tire shop fitted all the wheels in both the front and back before mounting. However, I was sold a wheel suggested on the website that was not a fit for my vehicle by any means. Spacers shouldn't be required at all when you purchase a wheel to fit. I was disappointed that after numerous calls, I never spoke with management or a specialist. I was just a number and management repeatedly pushing spacers down my throat instead of taking the call and trying to find a compromising resolution proved that. Even a 50% credit to exchange the wheels would have been much appreciated. Instead, I'm stuck paying a $1,000 bill for the next six months for wheels that I can't do anything with and I still need to buy wheels that fit asap. I have new tires (not purchased through BB wheels) but still no wheels. Definitely not the experience I expected from a family owned business. I'm thoroughly disappointed 😞

Slow shipping however my order was accurate and the deal was exceptional. I'm not sure what happened with the shipping it sat at their facility for the first 6 days and after I made some calls they got the order shipped. After I had rattled their cage for them to get the order moving, FedEx had it to my door in 6 days. So 12 days total. Other than the slow shipping my order was spot on and everything came as ordered and in sealed boxes. The price was absolutely exceptional and the only thing keeping it from a fifth star was the shipping. Other reviews I have read have stated they have extremely fast shipping so maybe this was an anomaly. I would do business with them again but I would anticipate slow shipping. If I have the privilege to do business again and shipping speed is improved I'll add a 5th star.

Troy in sales did a great job and the wheels came quickly and looked great. Understand they just order from a distributor so they don't really have the wheels. Fast shipping credit goes to that distributor. However my issue was with the lug nuts and the very poor customer service. Lug nuts appeared to be lost in shipping and basically got zero responses from customer service. After buying lug nuts from someone else these finally showed up. Due to zero responses from customer service I actually drove to Albany, MN to return the lug nuts. Please read reviews before you order, customer service is clearly an issue with this company. Unfortunately, I don't think I could recommend them until they address their customer service issues.

Had an issue when items were delivered, B&B handled it and resolved Quickly.Fast shipping

Purchased a set of New Wheels and Hub Rings from BBWheels. $1500 (2) out of the wheels came in out of round. Clearly visible on the balancer, back of rim would jump up and down as it spun. Called and emailed BBWheels customer service and sales, Each time they would not provide assistance other than provide "Manufacturers Warranty Information" And would expect me to remove the wheels from vehicle, dismount the tires and ship wheels in for a 30 to 45 day lasting "Warranty Inspection" Tried balancing the wheels numerous times, still vibrating. BBWheels would not assist with either repair or re-balance or replacement costs. Its all on you.
