The best experience yet

I ordered the wrong wheel. Talked to female on the phone who had awesome customer service. It was such great customer service I went ahead and ordered new wheels, plus 4 new tires!!!

All I can respond to is the ordering of new wheels and tires. Nick did an amazing job communicating with me by email and then called before placing the order to confirm everything. OUTSTANDING customer service. I'm sure I wont be disappointed with the product. Thank you Nick.

BB wheels sent me the wrong tire. They refused to send the right tire until I sent them the original tire for "inspection". They also refused to make up for their error in anyway, through compensation, coupon or otherwise. People make mistakes, but your customers should never have to pay for them. They were dismissive over the phone and represents one of the worse customer service experiences i have ever had.

good price with road hazard... crazy fast delivery... ordered on a sunday evenin ... had them installed on thursday mornin...

Caught a order mistake I made and saved me $100. Honest people!

Ordered wheels, tires and lugs for my truck and all came in within 5 days. All items were in mint condition. There prices are VERY competitive so look here first and compare. Will definitely be doing more business with BB Wheels!

A huge shout out to Troy, after looking for rims for about a month he helped me out over the phone and was able to find the rims I wanted. Thanks!! BB Wheels!!
