After spending just under $2,500.00 on…
After spending just under $2,500.00 on mounted wheels and tires, the push through center caps will not fit. The sales Representative sold me "required" centric rings. The center caps for the front are too shallow and will not fit at all. The rear center caps, as well as the front, will not work with centric rings installed, as "required"! The company's answer, "Remove the centric rings as they are not needed and use 1/4" spacers to push the caps out further "! Absolutely sub par for a company that boasts "Superior Customer Service" on their home page!!! Do not waste your time and money with BB Wheels Online! All they want is your money and could care less about you after the sale!. Don't even think you'll be able to speak to a live person in real time. They only hide behind e-mails! BB Wheels Online takes zero accountability for their mistakes! Waste your money and your time if you like, I never will again! I wish zero was a review option!

BB Wheels is awful
BB Wheels is awful. I ordered a 17" wheel and received a 20" wheel instead. I did manage to get the 20" wheel returned. However, I had already ordered a wheel form another vender. BB Wheels sends me a wheel I did not ask for. BB Wheels has refused to give me a return label for the second wheel, that I neither want nor need, and will not give me a refund for the original wheel. Do not order from this vender.
