These guys are amazing! I bought my Weber Q1200 from them. After I received the grill I decided that I’d like to have an extra set of grates and the griddle as well. So back I went! Both the grill and the extra grates and griddle were delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition. So give these guys a try. You’ll be glad you did!

I ordered a grill that I knew was backordered and wait time 6-8 weeks. I couldn’t find one anywhere and wanted it pretty bad. At about 7 weeks I emailed to check status. Immediately got a call from Randy who told me there was some glitch and the order may be in peril. He called back in a few minutes, cut the red tape, and had my grill sitting in his warehouse waiting for me. I backed up to their loading dock and was loaded and gone in less than 5 minutes. This is a grill that no one else would even offer via backorder and it is now sitting on my back porch ready to unpack. 110% effort. Glitches happen…it’s how they get fixed is the defining factor. Thank you BBQGuys!

It’s been 2 months since we bought over $7000 worth of grills, table and chair sets, etc. when we bought it, they insisted they had the products. Now, no one returns calls or knows where the products are located. The website still says that it will ship the items in 10-14 days. You ask for a manger and the lady types the whole time not even listening because she responds with “how awful” and all I did was ask a question. Worst experience ever and still our money is being collected each month as part of payment plan.

The only disappointment was from RL Trucking however, Martisia of BBQ Guys came through with outstanding customer service, she went above and beyond. We will surely refer BBQ Guy's to Family, Friends, Associates and Neighbors.

After my husband accidentally completed a $1000+ order from BBQ Guys using his old phone number, a staff member was completely inappropriate over the phone - she yelled at my husband for making an honest mistake. She had access to his email address and he had called support 3 times to check on the status of the BBQ and no mention was made that his phone number was incorrect. They apparently just kept calling a dead number and then acted like a toddler and threw a tantrum when they couldn't reach him. You shouldn't treat any human this way, let alone a customer who shelled out a lot of money to your company. Don't buy from them! Support a company that treats people decently.

Watch out for them. If you cancel an order they will keep running your card every 30 days until you complain enough

Very quick shipping and great quality products. Thanks!

If you purchase anything from them you better hope it doesn't arrive damaged in anyway because they are TERRIBLE to deal with. I spent $800 on a new grill and the front bezel came broken. I called and asked for a new part, they said I had to take pictures of the broken part and box and packaging. Ok so did that and sent it along and they then told me 5-7 business days they would contact me with their findings. Two weeks later I call them and ask what is up and they tell me they didn't even start my request yet because they are busy?!?!?!? WHAT? They said they have high call volume so they are back logged but would get to it soon. A few days later I call them back and the lady tells me they didn't contact Weber yet because they like to do their own replacement parts and then asked me if I would agree to call Weber and do it myself? AGAIN WHAT??? So it's been over 3 weeks and I can't really use my grill because the front is broken and they still didn't even forward my email to Weber. At this point I asked to return it and she told me ok but it would cost me $206 dollars to ship it back? WHAT? it's BROKEN!!! She then asked if I had kept the box undamaged to which I said yes. She told me I had 3 days to package it back up like new or they would return it to me at MY COST for ANOTHER $103 if it wasn't packaged properly??? These guys are a TOTAL SCAM and worst company ever to deal with. Its now been over a month and I'm still trying to just get the front bezel replaced and every time I call they tell me it's been busy and just keep waiting.
