Ordered a grill yesterday and found this morning that the price went down $90 overnight. Joey in customer service was super helpful and kindly processed a credit adjustment this morning.

Dear Affirm Support, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the resolution of my dispute regarding product ID U72H-EJP1. As previously stated, this is not a financial issue, but rather a matter of poor customer protection. It is disappointing that you have decided to side with the merchant despite the fact that the merchandise arrived damaged from day one. This decision indicates a clear lack of support for the buyer. I will be sharing my negative experience with your company across my social media platforms to ensure other consumers are aware of how buyer disputes are handled. Bbqguys is probably the biggest mistake I made. The fridge door came broken, the countertops all discolored, and nothing matched. Their response was to wait 10 weeks. Even after that, they shipped new tops and said they would not put them on. That is my responsibility. Fixing the fridge door is also my responsibility. After posting my review they reached out to address the problem So ill upgrade it YEs the horrible customer service reviews are accurate. Website has some false advertising Website has offer of a free accessory with purchase of the grill. They ignore my queries about that. Delivery services are lousy too. Grill is still sitting somewhere ina warehouse locally now for 6 days good product selcion though.

This is an update to my review on July 15, 2026...Thanks to a friend with experience in the repair industry, he got the machine working great and we are happy with the machine. But this review is more for Jon with BBQ Guys...I spoke with him originally and I was a bit frustrated bc there wasn't anything BBQ Guys could do(GE requires you to work directly with them on repairs and service). However, for the past 3 weeks Jon was in contact with GE to give permission for BBQ Guys to help me with my issue but to no avail. Jon went as far as to offer a refund for the item since GE would not be of more assistance. Jon went above and beyond and did all he could to make sure our machine was working. Many thanks to Jon and his follow up.

Overall experience was great! Outstanding selection, price was excellent, and delivery was easy and on time.

The guy did not get back to me for 3 days I sent 4 texts and called and left message he finally did and book an appointment for 9 am on Friday he was late 90 min. He came and sprayed the bbq made a mess did not clean properly said he could not tighten the screws for the new burners I did my self he did not clean the grills he grinded for 2 min I timed home and gave me this BS storey about the bbq he did not clean the did burner as well I would never use this service again and I will tell everyone not to wast their money on this a total rip off very poor never again 135 waist of money Dave Richmond BC

The website was easy to use, and comparing grill models made choosing the right one simple. The included cover and grilling tools were a nice bonus. Delivery was fast, and the grill is excellent quality. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The web site is easy to use. Updates and email communications are thorough. Tracking information very detailed. Ships snd arrived quicker than anticipated. The quality of the patio furniture we purchased is excellent! Very easy to assemble. Very well designed. All screw holes aligned very nicely. Took only minutes to assemble the couch.
