Order was received and delivered on day it was supposed to be delivered . The cover was same quality as delears but covered better and much cheaper.

Tiffany was professional, knowledgeable and informative. She kept the conversation light and added humor to the entire experience. What a great Sales representative you have with Tiffany.

They marketed and sold a product they do not have in stock. And there was no notification of this. I've paid for it and have no idea when it will ever come in because they don't have it.

I ordered ONE grille and somehow the confirmation sent to me showed two. I called quickly to get it corrected and was told it was too late (less than two hours from confirmation receipt) that the grille(s) had already shipped. It was only after that that I received a shipping confirmation. Now they're saying I'll be charged for return shipping on an item I never wanted.

very disappointed with my experience from bbq guys ...I purchased a bbq from bbq guys beginning of august 2026. Since placing the order I called approximately once a week to find out when my bbq would be shipped. Every time I was told the same thing...It would be next week run around...with no bbq and no satisfactory explanation...After weeks of repeated phone calls, I finally canceled my order today....This has been a very disappointing experience. I understand that delays happen, but repeatedly giving a customer the same promise without delivering is not acceptable...I would not recommend BBQ GUYS based on my experience....Now I have to wait till next year to get my old BBQ picked up by my trash company...UGG

Improve response time and shipping time for purchases. Uphold your guaranteed ship date. Correction: bad experience turned into greatness customer service contacted me fixed the problem and now my shipment is arriving early! Great job guys! Thanks so much
