My aging Mother was recently widowed and showed some signs of dementia. She insisted all was right and our family wanted to agree but were in denial. Predictably, she fell, broke her hip and lied on the floor all night long til a neighbor found her. We purchased a Bay Alarm system immediately. The test setup worked like a charm. I had every confidence in the product. The downfall??? I couldn't get my Mother to wear either the necklace or bracelet. That's the only criticism I have.

We purchased the Bay Alarm Cellular Medical Alert System in June of 2015. The customer service representative was very helpful and informative about the product. While testing the unit, we found the sound quality from the dispatcher to be loud, crisp, and very clear without any distortion whatsoever. We recently had a medical alert system from another company, but there were several issues with the quality of their equipment and customer service. For those looking for a superior product, we highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical.

I called returning the alarm, along with necklace alarm. When I called with upgrading, the alarm when it arrived no necklace. When I called I was told I needed keep necklace. However, I was not told on the original call. I called and told 2 days we would receive necklace well, not so. Worst customer service ever and when calling test system it rang forever... Buyer be ware....

Every company says they are the best. If you talk to the people that depend on a medical alert system that is where you find the truth about the system! The end user knows the good and the bad points about the device they use. I decided on Bay Alert Medical from information I was able to read! I also have talked with users of the alert system . In every case I found satisfaction by the user or the surveying articles. Personally, I have no complaints. The price is competitive with other devices, the response time is very fast. I accidentally set off the personal alert button and within 30 seconds or less I was contacted . The only minor problem is that if you are in the same room the volume is so loud that it distorts the speaker system! To put it suscinctly I'm a very happy camper! If you need this type of device Bay Alarm Medical deserves your serious consideration !

I bought this for my 87 year old grandma that is and will always stay in her home that her late husband built by hand. She loves wearing the pretty necklace and swaps it up with the very nice bracelet. I will be staying with them for a long time. And I would and have recommended this to other family and friends. Definitely need this company. They are great in customer service and returned my phone call even when it wasn't a big question or just me wanting to know something. I love this company.

We have had Bay Alert system for several months, but luck has been with us so far, as we have not had to use it, but it is comforting that is there if we need it. Don Leu

Bay Alarm has been very professional to work with. Fortunately, I have not yet had to call them on an emergency basis. Setting up the equipment was easy. A few times I have accidentally pressed the call button and they have always answered promptly,compassionately and politely. I have had no problems with billing either.

I have been very impressed with Bay Alarm Medical. I subscribe to this service for my elderly Mother. Fortunately, we have not had to use the device for an emergency. We have received calls alerting us when Mom's device has a low battery. We conduct a test every month or so. Everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely nice and helpful. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my Mom will be in good hands if an emergency arises. Thank you....keep up the good work!
