I accidently set off the alarm while doing laundry and was very pleased at how quickly you responded. My question is, if I am not at home how does Bay Alarm help me?

We have only had our system hooked up for a couple of months. have had a couple of .....several.... false alarms with Mom setting off her necklace unknowingly. DONT CARE!!! Just knowing that the system works with their excellent contact and follow thru helps me know that I'm doing my best to keep a look out wor her well-being since I live an hour away!

So far so good, purchased this for my elderly father. He has used it on several occasions.

We haven't had the system for too long, but have already experienced the great customer service and diligence of this company. The equipment is easy to set up and to use, and the office is eager to help in any way with questions about either. I feel great having this company as my back-up with my 97 year old mom.

Grandma's system failed after about a month. Lose wire? Dead battery? We don't know because we don't live near by. Now, before we can visit and find the system bug/error she says "send it back". Not the outcome we wanted. By contrast her alarm system is working flawlessly with NO downtime.

No problems with Bay Alarm and much cheaper than a local version.

Seamless sign-up... Answered all questions and brought up great ideas to help us weave through the selection process. Pleasant experience, helped with difficult situation... made it OK to talk about it all. We look forward to having the service, and we hope we'll never need to use it!!
