This service has been a nightmare! I have had many issues with this service since obtaining it 3 months ago. When testing my unit they actually sent the paramedics to my home after I specifically told them I was just testing my unit! I am nervous to do the monthly test because of this, I have no way of knowing if the unit is actually in working order!

A few days ago my doorbell rang at 8:30am. It was my next door neighbor who was so happy to see me up, dressed and alright. I had np idea what he was talking about. Bay Alarm was alerted that my alarm was not on & my phones were not working. They called my daughter who called my neighbor to check on me. Thank you for your quick response Baty I was not aware that I had flipped the switch off that powered both. Fortunately, I was fine and it made me feel so much safer that Bay Alarm Medical responded to this so quickly!

Thankfully, we have not had to use the alarm system, but it is comforting to know that is available if needed. We had no problems with shipping and installation, and customer service was excellent.

The equipment is very sensitive. I removed the fall sensor from my neck while taking a shower. It banged against the wall while I was hanging it on a hook, and I stepped in the shower. It sensed the vibration, and the operator tried to call me. I didn't hear the phone. They called all my contacts, and when i got out of the shower, I had quite an audience in my living room- all coming to check on me. Embarrassing, but now I know help will be readily available if I need it!

Easy to set up and easy to use.

We are old, not quick to embrace change. However, after one near-disaster we stopped procrastinating and ordered units for our place together and my own place twenty minutes away. It is a very good feeling to have done everything we can to avoid being alone, suddenly needing help badly but being unable to to call for it. Just reach for the button! 5-stars!

We got this unit for my mother in law after research of other units for cost of unit and services as compared to others,we decided on Bay Alarm. The unit was very easy to set up, calls to verify the unit working properly was helpfull, I would highly recommend Bay Alarm

Bay Alarm is the least expensive system Ive used. But better than that...they have gotten help for me when I could not get help for myself. One push of the button by me and Bay Alarm does the rest. I cannot give them any higher praise. Thank you Bay Alarm System.
