Very courteous reps and very informative about the product. Easy set up and installation.

Bay alarm is the best of the medical alert companies. The process of ordering and setting up the equipment is simple. The customer service reps are knowledgeable and don't try to sell you upgrades or equipment you don't need. Most important the system works.

In the first three months of use we had three accidental alarms transmitted. Bay Alarm personal called our home immediately. Personnel were curtious, and professional. We rest easier knowing that help in a button push away. R M

Fortunately I haven't had to use the unit for an emergency but having it available is a great comfort to me and my family. It was easy to set up and I let my closest neighbors know the combination to the lock box. So far all is well. Edited 11/19. Changed the star rating to excellent. I gave one star originally because I hadn't used it but the service so far has been great. Thank you for calling my attention to it!

My first choice was the beat one!

Overall the service was 'ok'. had to call couple times to get info corrected for my mother's account. I only signed up for 3 months, fortunately. Then my mom was put on hospice care.... unfortunately my mom passed away after 6 weeks... but they wouldn't refund the remainder... not very compassionate in my opinion.
