Easy to use and very nice friendly staff,

it does not cover me when I am away from home.

It works in test mode, so I hope that if works as well in an actual situation should, God forbid, one arise.

Satisfied. Setting up for a family member was made easy and convenient. Consultants were very helpful. Fortunately, have not had to use this service as of yet and pray it stays that way.

Bay Alarm Medical has been outstanding! I am relieved to know they are there 24 hours a day in case I need help. I live alone and don't want to have to tell somebody where I am every day or check in. Plus that doesn't really help if I fall or something else happens to me and can't push the button or don't have a cell phone. Too many scenarios can take place that could leave me lying on the floor for days. I have accidentally set it off several times but Bay Alarm personnel never seem to be upset. It is reassuring to have them there--they are always friendly yet professional. I am so impressed!

My Mom used the devise and loves it but only would like it better if it were louder. She wears a hearing aid and when she test she is concerned she would not hear the conversation

Setting everything up for my Dad was easy. We haven't had the need to use the service for an emergency yet, which is a great thing, but I'm sure if we do it will be everything they promise. I used another service first and had a terrible experience, so this has been a pleasure.

It''s been a challenge to remember to wear the 'necklace' all through the house. I am getting better better!
