Thus far, the alarm has had over 10 false alarms. We have moved the base unit twice to try to give it better reception. I question the reliability of the base unit, but the company is unwilling to swap it out. The false alarms are inconsistent as to cause and frequency. Each time we're told "the unit is very sensitive" or "laying the unit down will cause it to alarm, but not every time and not right away or we're not sure why that happened." That said, when there was a true need for the unit, it worked as advertised. The Utah response folks are good.

This company has been great to my mom. she feels Secure in staying in her own home. I would recommend this company to anybody that's worried about a love one .

We are happy with our experience, thus far. We have done several "tests" and they are responded quickly. Hopefully, we will never have to use it in an emergency, and that's truly the only way, I can vouch if this Alarm works as promised.
