I do not like the wrist band. It is just Velcro and scratches. Sometimes when I turn over in bed it rips my skin and it will bleed. I think you should be able to find a better band.

I got the system for my 84 y/o mom who is a widow living alone. She is very unsteady on her feet and very hard of hearing. One night she mistakenly pushed the fob t by accident, the fire department responded quickly after the monitoring facility failed to reach her by phone or intercom. I am very fortunate that it was a false alarm but also pleased that the system worked as designed. I would without a doubt recommend Bay Alarm Medical to anyone who has an "at risk" elderly family member. Bay Alarm provides me with an added layer of insurance and piece of mind that she can reach EMS or fire department. My only recommendation - instead of a phone call - I would really appreciate a text sent to my phone for notification from the monitoring company.

No experience with service thankfully. Initial establishment of equipment and service went well - very professional.
