Bay Alarm Medical is easy to use and is a big safety assurance for us (being the family) that they will get help if needed. Customer service is great and the operators that answer the distress calls are excellent as well. You are encouraged to push the red emergency button monthly to check that it is working. The operators are supportive of this.

So far so good no problems. Have not had to us it, which is very good. Told my sister in law about. Service was excellent.

Great devices but customer service leaves much to be desired. Intrusive e-mails for paperwork already signed and faxed in is annoying. Inability to reach a specific service advisor when calling in is very frustrating. Service is rated the best, just do not look for assistance from the home office.

Great system, easy to install, great customer service. Would recommend this system and company to anybody with an elderly parent who needs this. We ordered the necklace, too, which is great for my father to be active in his home but safe.

VERY easy to install and use. It saved my Mother's life! I would highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical. I would also recommend getting the extra Alert buttons, we installed them in the areas most frequented on the baseboards because we all know wearing a wrist band is impossible 24/7 and if you are on the floor any higher is not helpful. The button on the baseboard in the kitchen was life saving for my family. We are so grateful. The customer service is outstanding. Make sure you save the original mailing packaging for very easy return.

So far I have been very happy with the system. I accidentally leaned on the button and the company immediately contacted me to see if I was alright.

Only concern is neck lanyard connection to call button is not as sturdy as it should be. I actualy stepped on my call button as it fallen off the necklace without my knowledge.
