So far I am very happy with my device. I may even have convinced my sister or get one from you. The GPS is absolutely spot on...literally. I tested mine for outside just to see how it worked. I was sitting in my car in my sister's driveway and her exact address was reported by the operator. Excellent!!!

I am very happy with the way you came to my rescue when I fell a few weeks ago and could not get up for anything., I fell around 1:30 AM and knew that I needed help. And then I realized that my little machine was in the kitchen on the charger and I was in the bedroom on the floor. It was around 10;30 the next morning before I finally reached the alarm. I had help within a few minutes and was so happy to see those firemen. May I say, keep your alarm in the bedroom where you sleep. I was lucky this time and would like to caution the folk that purchase Bay Alarm systems.

Recently, I slipped and fell resulting in an injury which has caused me to be on a wheelchair for some months. I thought, and while I was still in a Health Care Facility in Los Gatos, California, to ask for a system that would make me feel safe until I got to my feet again, and most probably, later. when I returned to my house I called Bay Alarm Medical, and they have been very responsive to what they promise. Safety, immediate response to the call from a wearable safety device.

Poor customer service, and no confirmation that my device was received once sent back. I left voicemails that did not receive a call back. Was on hold for over 10 minutes to speak to customer service after I went through another department to contact customer service.

I had a recent hard face down fall unto my slate walkway. Extensive facial and head bleeding and trauma, including a fractured nose and serious head wounds . I was alone at home but was wearing your black alarm device. I pressed the call button several times without receiving a response. Crawled into the house and managed to reach 911. First responders came promptly with ambulance and took me to the Paoli Trauma Hospital. To put it bluntly your system failed me. Dread to think where I'd be today if I had lost consciousness. How do you explain this failure?

My mother was at my sisters house in Pittsburgh. We called and changed her address on Dec.30. When her necklace was pushed the ambulance went to her house instead of my sister 2 hours away. The dispatcher was told also where my mom was. This mistake cost about 1 1/2 hours of time.
