Once I finally got through to an agent the agent was very pleasant and helpful. However, the experience getting through to an agent took a lot more time than I feel is acceptable. I only want to purchase an accessory for our system. I should not have to wait on hold for long period of time for this. I should be able to do this on your website. I also tried your "live chat" on your site and didn't receive a response after initiating a chat several times.
