I needed to find out range of both devices. I also needed to learn how long the GPS unit works. I usually charge it the other night and was concerned that it wouldn't work. Your service representative was polite and helpful.

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I had a problem trying to put my credit card information in. After several tries, the lady I was speaking with found someone that was able to help. Any time I have spoken with Bay Alarm, it has been a positive experience.
