The medical alert device, fall protection, failed to work. The two stars are because the support staff was professional and helpful. The test they had us do, drop the device from one hand to the other did not work until the third try. Most people do not fall, get up fall and get up fall again. The one time, in the 3 or so years we have paid for that service, it was needed, it failed. Poor value for the extra money.
