Nice Company, But With Some Serious Flaws
They seem to be a really good company, although I did have a few hiccups when starting the service. I bought the device on Amazon and was quoted one price for monthly service, but then was charged a higher price when it was activated. A quick call to the billing department straightened that out. The thing they gave me the run around on was the 1 Free Month of service Amazon has posted on their website. The guy tried telling me it's a return guarantee for the first month of service if I decide to cancel. They need to say that in their Amazon Ad because I signed up thinking I was getting a free month of service up front. Had I known the truth, I would've gone with Medical Guardian who actually honors their advertising of 1 Free Month on Amazon. The last and most important thing is they failed to turn on the fall detection on my device. Luckily I was able to catch that mistake before something bad happened. They seem like a reputable company, but they've got some serious kinks to iron out when it comes to Amazon Sales and Activations.
