The person on the phone was exceptionally nice and most helpful and explained everything completely!

The support people have been excellent. The equipment works well. I love the small pendant that I can wear into the shower. But honestly, I'm still too active for the large speaker part that I wear in my pants pocket. I can set off the alarm just by squatting down in jeans.

I had forgotten some of the steps for the monthly testing. Bay Alarm Medical support walked me through the process. They have been very patient and spent the time until I understood.

The agent was friendly and understood my concern.
