The product is as advertised. Its convenience allows one to feel secure in its protection without being tied to any physically based "home unit". Rather, the "unit" is on one's person and responsive anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. The tech support persons who respond when a user has a question are knowledgable, clear, and courteous. The pricing is definitely reasonable in view of all the observations just made herein. In a phrase: "What's not to like?"
