I am always happy with the assistance from the staff when I have questions. We have used two types of monitoring. First the base with the landline. But as my mom became more confused we went with the SOS watch and it is just a wonderful tool to help ease our minds when we can't be with her to be able to track her location.

Your watch is completely WORTHLESS! My mother has in the past been down on her knees working in her yard when the watch has gone off and you've called her. This past week she fell not once but twice. The first time was flat on her butt on the sidewalk and no call and the second time was yesterday where she went down 11 steps and again NO call! She has 5 broken ribs and a 7cm gash on the back of her head for which the area looks like a crime scene where someone was shot due to the amount of blood. By the grace of god she had her purse and was able to call me but we don't know how long she laid there due to the fact that the paramedics told us the blood was drying!!!
