Placed an order 12 days ago, and BaubleBar immediately charged my credit card. Still haven’t received a shipment notification, so I emailed customer service two days ago and haven’t received a response. I needed the items for a gift exchange this weekend, but I’m not going to get them in time. Terrible customer service.

VERY Disappointing customer service! . I have bought several items with Baublebar. Items are beautiful and good quality. However, customer service is quite dissappointing. For two of my orders, despite my attempts at resolution, they do not and will NOT refund the money or attempt to help no matter what you say or explain. They are insulting whether they mean to or not, but they are, and just cause emotional distress and aggravation instead of trying to solve an issue. Its not worth the aggravation or losing your money. Therefore, I will NOT be ordering from them again and I do NOT recommend them!

Excellent service. My wife loved the ring, and it arrived just in time for Christmas.

Their stuff and customer service are great, but earring backings are weak. Replace them immediately. Bauble Bar used to send you stronger ones if you requested but now they won't for some reason. They should probably knock down their prices if they're going to send you earrings where the backings are so weak.

I recently found out about Baublebar via online blogs and was hesitant at first to try a online jewelry company - mostly bc I was weary about quality & service. I bought their Play by Ear set - pick & choose 3 among their specified collection for $48 (usu priced from $28-$36/ea earring). Plus they were offering 20% off for your first purchase. Shipping was fast - around the 3 day (of the 3-5 day mark they quoted). They had a USPS tracking # so you can track your package delivery time. Packaging was great! Little pink lined cardboard box with tissue wrapping all around the interior. Each of my earrings were wrapped in bubble wrap and then put in its each plastic bag. On top of that - there was a black cloth bag provided to keep your baubles safe/clean. And there was a little instruction square of how to maintain your baubles. No hassle! I'm the worst decider - so I always buy it thinking I miiiight like it but then realize it doesn't match with anything. They have an amazing return policy - comes with a return shipping label so you don't have to worry about purchasing! (Luckily I loved my purchases and didn't have to return anything). Great customer service! Fast, reliable (intelligent) customer service - you can tell they're real human beings and not some Customer Service branch housed in India. 5/5! Thank you Baublebar :)

My best friend just got a new job and said everyone in her office was super stylish, so I decided to gift her some new jewelry to help "upgrade" her style. I asked the SWAT team what would be best for her and after getting some information on what she already likes they were super helpful! My friend loved everything she got and I see her wearing her pieces all the time!

Madeline Braun of the NYC office was excellent. She gave me specific suggestions on the jewelry for my wife. The recommendations were perfect, and made my wife and me very happy.
