Paid $263 for a Car battery online was told in stock got delayed two weeks no follow up call. Went in store for pickup they brought out battery verified with my receipt then asked for ID. When I went out to car to get it and got back they had put it away said their system is down they cant complete the transaction. I said I already paid they stated not their problem come back another day to complete. I said I drove 50 minutes to get here they said not our problem we cant control computer systems. I said I will call corporate they said good get a refund I will still need to come back to the store to get that too. Dont buy anything from this company no customer service and this was a manager?

BP has gone to a system where you have to pay by check for costs over $150 if your card doesn't have a chip and several other limiting policies. I needed to use our corporate account and pay using the credit card information but not the physical card which I've done in the past. Instead of turning me away, Customer Rep, Joshua in the Lafayette IN location tried to reach a superior in another location to handle this. He remained calm and acknowledged them as multiple people entered the store. He couldn't reach whomever he needed to but assured me he would try to sort things out and call me which he did. Ultimately BP let me do exactly what I needed to do. Joshua could have easily stuck with the new policy but he went the extra mile to see if he could fix things.

I took in my keyfob because it wasn't working. I was hoping it was the battery. It wasn't, so a new one was ordered. It was just over $100. Not fun, but necessary. The new fob came in the next business day and I went to pick it up. Larry, asst mgr, helped me this time and wanted to check over a couple of things because it didn't make sense to him that my battery was good. So he took his trusty computer and another gadget or two and we went outside. Come to find out I had unprogrammed my own keyfob accidentally. Not proud of that but Larry and Zach were great. They refunded my entire purchase, even though they had wasted probably an hour with me, trying to fix something that wasn't broken.

Bought all these batteries for my watches and never got to use them because they all went dead... AND THE COMPANY IS NOT WARRANTING THEM!!! Plus manager wanted $11 (EACH) to install new replacement (BAD) batteries, until we discovered they were out of warrantee. Only good for a 1 year. I bought them, didn't get to use them, and now they're bad. Sales person said to pull the stems out and it wouldn't use up the charge. Now, when I call the manager said "Oh, that doesn't work" and they all last about a year. Funny, just when the warrantee expires!

I took my phone in to have the screen replaced. It was in 100% working order. They tested approximately 25 things prior to taking it apart. They put 5 new screens on it and lost all touch screen capabilities. The phone is basically a brick because it requires I put in a passcode once it’s been turned off and I can’t do that without the touch screen. The owner is offering to give me $125 for a now destroyed worthless phone. I will blast not to take your phone here. The techs both specifically said the owner would replace my phone, instead he’s offering me chump change. This is BS.

The worst store I’ve had the displeasure to visit in the US. I made an appointment on Friday online to get the screen and battery replaced for my phone. The Vista location had the white screen and battery so appointment for Saturday 09:00am. I get in there’s one person in the store he didn’t know about the appointment. After some searching: “yeah I got but I don’t have anyone to do it right now. Ooh and I only have the black screen”. I was like, whatever that’s fine. But he started to crawl back: “Well I rather have it done properly, there’s a white screen in the other location. She’s here tomorrow she can do that. I rather have it done properly, if you don’t mind.” I was like okay. I can wait another day. The appointment rescheduled with the note to bring a white screen for the next day 10:00. At 10:06 I come in, yet another millennial on his own... “I know nothing about an appointment” Starts typing: “Oh yeah I see it here. Well I am alone it takes 45 minutes and Ryan isn’t in so I can’t help you. Sorry about that.” I left the store holding my calm but I was so angry about this typical ineptness of millennials to plan and arrange stuff. WHat good is a digital appointment system when, your stock is not properly listed and managed. People don’t know you come and don’t prepare! This store is utterly useless. Perhaps hire some older more mature people who have some better work ethic and management skills.
