They are the worse. They do not honor the warranty that they sell with their batteries they do whatever they can to not give a new battery and tell you that is good. But when you take it it to a real mechanic and get your car inspected they will let you know the battery is bad. The duracell piece of crap of a battery is exactly what the company is. Crappy. rude customer service would not install my battery

attempted to have a repair offer by the company performed on my phone. an 80 dollar charging port repair, offered as a service by the company. salesman marshall said he might break the screen during the repair, also stated he wasn't responsible is it did break and it would cost us 80 dollars more to repair that. needless to say salesman marshall isn't touching my phone and i will never use batteries plus bulbs. but thanks for the honesty in your poor business practices on the front end.

I took my Fossil watch to have one of the "lifetime" batteries installed on Sept 8, 2018. As the tech was opening the watch he stated "the hands just fell off" Not that I know anything about watches, but in all honesty, HE BROKE my watch. Was told that day they would give me a free lifetime battery, they would send my watch to their jeweler and it should be back between Tues - Thursday of the following week. When I called on Thursday, Sept 13th, no one had any idea where my watch was or IF it had been given to their jeweler. Finally talked with a district manager and she told me, she would check into it. That was on a Friday evening. Stated she was there until 8pm and would definitely call me back. Never heard from her. I called again later that weekend and she was not at work. Called back again on Monday, Sept 17th and found out my watch had been taken to the jewelers but the manager had no idea of when it was taken nor could she give me an estimate as to when it would be ready to pick up. When I asked her to call the jeweler for a time estimate she smartly told me.. "if I call him again, he will tell me the same thing" To make a VERY long story short and to the point, even AFTER filing a complaint with the corporate offices, my watch has STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED AND TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 29, 2018! NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE ANY OF MY WATCHES, PHONES, ETC TO A BATTERIES + BULBS STORE!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, SMART-ELECKS, UNCARING AND NON APOLOGETIC FOR THEIR ACTION AND NON-ACTIONS!! BTW, THIS IS THE JOHNS CREEK AND CUMMING, GA STORES I have been dealing with!!! They basically do not care about your personal property, their crappy attitudes nor DOING THEIR JOBS!!!

They literally broke my phone, they took a month to replace it, got an attitude when I would call to check in, and made me pay for the screen they fixed even though they kept that phone. I wish they never got recommended to me, and I will never recommend to someone else.

On 8/20/2018 my car didn't start. I have a 2016 Toyota Camry and I needed a battery. I went to your Brooklyn Park store. I was assisted by a young man name Thomas. He was extremely knowledgeable of the store product and after asking me several questions he found me a battery that was appropriate for my driving needs.. He was extremely patient, kind and I was on my way within 45 minutes of entering the store. Thanks again to Thomas.

My parents took my mothers phone into the Weatherford, Tx location to have the screen repaired. Phone itself was working fine other than the battery would run down pretty fast and she had some cracks in the screen. Other than that the phone operated flawlessly. No problems with touch screen at all. They replaced her screen and battery, had her check immediately if it would power on, which it did. They went straight home that evening, charged it and went to bed. When she woke up the next morning and went to look at her phone the phone would not respond to her password. Turns out the top half of the digitizer quit working. She and I took it back over to Weatherford, because it obviously is under warranty, to have them replace it. The long haired guy took her phone to the back and then came back out and said that he can't warranty it because the phone had water in it. He proceeded to show us and low and behold, a perfectly round little bubble of water sat right on top of this little raised metal piece. Yes, I said a perfectly round "bubble" of water. Strange right? It was just amazing how this little round bubble of water was able to stay in it's form after being "supposedly" closed up in this phone. Really, you think because my mother is deaf that she is "dumb" as well?? Pathetic! SMH. Good try on trying to cover your butt. Needless to say he would not warranty it due to his "claim." This phone had been no where near water in the less than 24 hrs from the time he "repaired" it to the time we took it back. NO WHERE NEAR WATER! He literally ruined an $800 phone to try to cover his butt. The reason I say "cover his butt" is because we got a "second opinion" on what was REALLY going on with the phone. Come to find out, when he went to replace the screen he tore the small strip that hooks up to the digitizer screen. Hence, why only half of the touch screen would work since part of the strip was still in tact. Absolutely appalled that a business would deceive it's customers in such a way. Will never be back!......By the way, I had them repair my daughters screen a few months ago and she has been having issues already. I thought it was something she had done, but she swears she hasn't dropped it or anything. Now I feel bad for thinking she did something to it knowing what we know now about them.

A friend told me that BPB on McHenry Avenue in Modesto Ca repaired cell phone screens, would not have known otherwise. I received prompt professional service at a reasonable price. A welcome relief compared to my experience at an Apple Store to have my wife's phone repaired where I waited half an hour to be handed off to three different people before someone gave me and exorbitant price and I left. She will be going to BPB next week.
